We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Project Managers with a strong background in digital technology, project management, stakeholder engagement and sales/business experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Certification in Project Management is required
A MSc will be an added advantage.
More than 5 years proven working experience as a Project Manager in a Corporate Environment.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the use of digital tools for Project Management.
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills especially with senior executives and external parties.
Leadership and team management skills.
Strong sales/business acumen.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
